Since the previous afternoon was a bust, I thought maybe an early morning trip might change things. Launched at the state park at 7a. Gorgeous COLD morning. Had an even harder time finding larger fish on the sonar than I did the previous afternoon. Trolled maglips and wiggleworts in 45'-60' of water and stopped to jig with a Buzz Bomb a few times. Managed to hook another perch on the Buzz Bomb. Two other boats out this morning trolling. Didn't see them hook anything either. Quit at 8:30. Never did come across a "school" of fish, just the singles that were spread out and about. Guessing the Coho are not quite up there yet....?
