We had a slow day of fishing Walleye on Lake Roosevelt this afternoon. The fish were biting very light today, which made it hard to keep them on the hook. They're raising the water on Lake Roosevelt believe it or not temporarily . The fishing will pick back up again when they start moving the water down again. We found most of our fish today between 90'-160' of water this afternoon. The fish were biting in the deeper depths better today than in the shallower depths of water. No Walleye, Big or Small, from the deeper depths of 160' were not harmed and successfully released swimming back to the lake. It was a real treat to see this youngster reel in them Burbot today. What a great afternoon for this Grandfather and grandson to spend some quality time with each other before the holidays! MERRY CHRISTMAS & Good Luck & Great fishing everyone!!!
