12/28/2019 6:37:11 PMI dont know why but the Issaquah/Weather buoy end of the lake has not been overly productive for us. The far end off NE24th St has been hot! Easy limits. Fish are 14-15 inches some bigger some smaller. Water is off color and it seems green/red/silver glow spinners with worm chunk, 14 inch leaders, get it done. Elgin tackle spinners are also hot. Fish are at 15-25 down on the riggers 75-100 feet or so back. Probably what you are seeing on your fish finder are large schools of perch. There is a million of them out there. Far end is a long paddle in a kayak but maybe there are some other launch options. Good luck.

12/28/2019 8:34:16 PMThanks for the tip, I can probably launch from Idylwood beach park and paddle down to 24th pretty easily. Will have to give it a shot soon.
As to the perch, I thought perch were bottom feeders and didn’t suspend in in the upper column, especially in winter. I have fished fall and winter perch in lake Washington at the bottom of 60 foot water depths.
