We had a great morning Walleye fishing on the main part of Lake Roosevelt. This husband and Wife team did an excellent job jigging for Walleye their first time. They fished north of Hunters with some great results in the morning hours. The Burbot are starting to spawn as well up on the North part of the lake. This fun couple were planning on fishing the whole day until Mother Nature decided otherwise. We started fishing around 8:00 am and ended up having the wind blow us off of the Lake at 12:30 pm. Due to the bad weather arriving this weekend we are having to move our clients into April. Just to inform anyone that is looking to book in April we only have 8 available days left. Green and Pink jigs were the colors we were using with plastics tipped with worm. The fish today were at depths from 70'-90' of water right off of the sandbars. Happy Fishing Everyone.
