3/13/2020 8:55:43 AMNot sure how much is knowing where they are holding or how much is presentation but it's pretty evident you have it figured out. I knew I would be reading this report when I went by you yesterday and my report is pretty much the same as it has been, had a hard time getting a bite. Wound up finding some down near Porcupine and finished with a dozen small eaters, nothing special.

3/13/2020 2:49:57 PMHey, WalleyeMark, this is the Gator, was that you in the late afternoon just off bluecreek point that I was trolling around, you were with two other guys in a lund casting jigs, I was in the blue and white Bayliner? Tried jigging from Bouey 5 to Bouey 3 not a bite, decided to put on some bottom walkers and it was lights out after that, caught most of my fish between 17 and 22ft, released two females over 24 inches , ended up with 12 ,17-19 fish. Tight Lines and Keep Reelin!!

3/13/2020 6:19:40 PMGator that was us. That spot definitely produced at the end of the day for us as well. I am either in that boat, my Tracker or my other buddies Crestliner; we all have boats so we just rotate who does the driving.

This time of year too many people fish way too deep; those bigger fish are looking for warmer water; even a degree or two can make a difference. Interestingly the eyes didn't start biting for us until after the sun was on the water; just the opposite of what you would expect.

3/14/2020 5:31:42 AMHey Part-time that was me in the parking lot that talked briefly with you about your fishing day on Lake Roosevelt around 6:30, fished by myself that day, fishing buddy was having truck troubles and couldn't make it, I was very anxious to get out and try some walleye fishing, finally got my stern drive fixed in my boat and a brand new minnkota 50lb thrust Powerdrive bow mount to try out, "Boy Howdy" was that sweet, "Walleyes" beware, LOL, nice to see you Part-Time and WalleyeMark, next time I will have to introduce myself and talk "Walleye" fishing!! This weather "sucks" bigtime, I thought we were done with winter?? You know what they say about March, it either comes in like a Lion and goes out like a Lamb or comes in like a Lamb and goes out like a Lion?? Until next time "Tight Lines and Keep Reelin!!????????
