6/28/2020 5:07:36 PMSturgeon angling is prohibited from Bonneville Dam downstream 9 miles, May 1 to August 31, but I see you already figured that out by the way you tried to steer people away from your actual location by saying you were "above" the dam in your description. That is, very obviously, not above the dam. Lived there and fished there most of my 63 years.

And yeah I didn’t realize until afterwards that I read the regs wrong and we needed to be a little bit closer to the mouth by about half a mile to be in the right zone, definitely won’t make the mistake again. The Columbia River sections are pretty difficult to decipher compared to most other rivers imo, but I guess that’s a noob excuse.
