Only our second time on the lake for the season. Due to the pandemic we really needed some happy times. Today was certainly that.

A partly sunny day, light wind, water temps around 68 degrees and lots of wildlife. K. made friends with two eagles who fished with us much of the day and one time stole K's trout and flew in the air with the fish and line. Luckily when K. yelled, "Hey, the eagle's got my fish!" the eagle dropped the trout leaving the poor thing gouged and unwell. When K. unhooked him and he didn't recover, we had the phone camera's running and in swooped the eagle for a second try at the meal. Incredible video.

P. made friends with a Canadian goose who stayed with us all during lunch break and also provide beautiful video.

K. got the big fish award with a 16 inch trout. If I post that I got the most and can't back it up with recent documentation, they might throw me overboard next time.....(but I think I'm right. LOL). I found bass and pumpkinseed plus trout

I'm writing this report belatedly so have poor notes aside from we caught and released a total of 41 fish. A great day on the lake.
