Took my buddy out to Lake Washington for the last day of his visit. We thought we would giving crayfish a go and droped some traps near the 520 bridge before fishing. Once dropped, we trolled the northside of the bridge and found a 11.5 inch kokanee. Action was slow so decided to check our traps and found that someone stole one of the two. Pulled the one to find no crawfish and decided to just focus on fishing. We headed to the westside of Mercer island and trolled south. The wind was really blowing and we had white caps on the water. We managed to get one more fat kokanee and a really long but slender cutthroat before calling it a day. We caught the fish on a Brads kokanee plug, Elgin lure, and luckycraft crankbait.
