Started out fishing about 10 AM, far south west of the lake, by the state park. hooked on to a Small LMB and a SMB in about 5-9ft of water. Headed more North by Vasa Park, That's where we caught some solid biggins', Hooked onto a 3lb SMB in 5ft using a Ned rigged worm. Marked the spot and started crushing that area. 10 mins later my cousin hooked a Solid 19" LMB 2.75 LBs. on a 6" lizard.
That got us pumped and and we kept fishing on the west side of the lake and stayed there for the remainder of the day.
Caught another great LMB in 3-5ft pitching into to the weeds just south of Vasa Park around 4:00 pm. 2.82 lbs. and devoured the 6" junebug colored Lizard.

Was a beautiful day, took a few swims and fishing couldn't have been better. (besides the brutal sunburn i got) Ended up with 7 SMB and 3 LMB

The fish were definitely biting today even though it was hot we caught most our fish from 12:00PM-4:30PM in the heat of the day. 5ft-13ft of water all near dock structure.
