First cast at about 8:45AM. Started off with the dropshot. A few nibbles but no hookup.

Moving around and switched to the dropshot. Took a while but finally landed a fish after an hr or so. It's just a dink LMB lol. Continued on with the swimbait and soon landed another LMB. A little bit bigger, probably close to 12". It bit within a second of the lure hitting the water.

As it got closer to noon, the bite started to heat up. Landed a couple of SMB on the dropshot in short order with the biggest probably about 1.75#.

Then landed 2 more LMB on the dropshot back to back. The ~12" variety. Quite a bit of LMB today.

Finished the day by losing 2 fish. One of them felt pretty good. Guessing it would have been big fish of the day. I only saw green once. It came up halfway, then did 2 deep dives with drag ripping and on the 2nd drive, it just came off. The other fish was a SMB probably right at or just slightly under 2#. It was at boat side waiting to be net when it came off.

Done by 12:30PM. Landed 2 with swimbait, all others on dropshot. Depth range, 10-25'.
