9/10/2020 10:59:44 AMThe fish cleaning station is over at the state park, not the DFW launch. We were surprised it was open but took full advantage of it. The water level is almost bottomed out on Potholes; this actually makes fishing easier. The fall bite should be on anytime now with the cold night we've been having.

My son and I are heading over To Potholes this weekend. I haven’t fished Potholes in a few years and we’re looking for some starting points, likely stay at Marion. Previously I generally trolled dunes in and around Winchester; we are just after some walleyes or panfish and do not need any secrets. Trying to show him some freshwater fishing as we generally fish salmon in the sound/straits.
