Took a buddy of mine, Jimmy, to Ft Spokane. We headed out to Casino Flats where the previous day I had caught of a few decent eaters. The eyes were not on the flat but we did find them on the point right before you head upriver from the mouth of the Arm. We caught mostly dinks but we caught a bunch and occasionally we picked up a winter time rules eater. When that bite died we headed downriver to the flat across from seven bays. After floating that downriver a couple of times we headed back up to the point and picked off a bunch more smalleyes. Some of them were coughing up 3/4 inch baby sculpins. We were getting lots of hits on 3-4 inch grubs and worms but we had nothing that small. All told we caught about 40 eyes and had another 100 hits from those smalleyes. We kept around 20 so Jimmy could take some home to eat. Size wise they were small but we were entertained most of the day trying to hook those little buggers. It shouldn't be too long before some of the larger eyes begin the spawning run up the Arm
