Thought I'd get out and fish before they close the river. Heck, silver fishing doesn't even get good in the river till next month. And they close it. State must have got some pressure about closing it before the derby? Well can you leave it open for another month please and open the Snoqualmie also? Doesn't really matter today I guess. There is nothing there. Pulled plugs all morning. Usually catch a couple even on a bad day. Maybe we need more rain, but I don't want to go work in it during the week! Makes the arthritis flair up. Never even saw a fish raise. Got out early and then was there for the tide. Should have been perfect. Was a nice boat ride with fishing poles I guess. Was hoping to find them and fish the river for the derby tomorrow and Sunday. Few other guys out fishing for them also. They I suppose were thinking what I was thinking. Now I guess it will be out to the saltwater tomorrow. Little foggy this morning. Saw a few guys fishing for pinks still with nothing also.
