The Pandemonium launched at Porcupine Bay around 8:30 to see if any trout were in the area and to enjoy the fall scenery. We started trolling up the arm, and for the first couple hours there wasn't much action. Then the rain stopped and the wind calmed and the fish started to hit. Not fast and furious, but steady enough that between the four of us we had 15 nice keepers in the boat by 5:00. Several big, strong wild fish were set free, and several more fish escaped before being seen. All the action was in the top 15-20 feet. Perch flies and Rapalas with orange color schemes did well. It was a great day on the water!

Thanks for the good report, glad to hear you did well. Been needing some encouragement, haven't done well at all this summer. Thinking it will get better as the water temperature drops.

Glad to hear the fishing is steady! Beginning of October has always been a pretty good starting point for us. It's nice when the water calms and the fish start hitting instead of the other way around. Sounds like a beautiful, pleasant day on the water.
Thanks for the report and info.

The area between buoy 1 and buoy 3 seems to be productive based on the number of boats we have watched net fish.

We spent most of the afternoon between Buoys 3 and 4 and only saw one boat all afternoon, and it was cruising through, not fishing. It was a very quiet day!

The "Pandemonium" launched: the "No Worries" sunk, hope you do better. LOL Thanks for the report.
