Got to the river around noon and started slow trolling a shoreline downriver from 7 bays. I was pursing trout and kokanee but shifted gears after my 3rd and 4th fish were walleyes. Fortunately I had a couple walleye rods in the boat and some lures that I just made so I started throwring for em and got some study action. Took home a limits worth and released some dinks as well as some decent trouts. Best color was a homemade plastic bait with a watermelon body and chartreuse tail although I did get some on trout lures which were hot pink and also chartreuse.

Nice work. Looks like you have things dialed.
Any tips on finding Walleye closer to Pateros? I tried Below Wells dam but no dice.

Sambell, if I was familiar with that water, I'd have some intel for you but never even been there. In Roosevelt, Sandy flats with topography is the type of water I look for in scouting for eyes.

Jedi - It all comes down to spending time on the water, specifically the Arm for me.
