3/15/2022 10:24:48 AMInteresting about the clams, I seen the same thing on some harvestd from Spokane Arm as well as tiny crawfish and lots of white, yellow looking eggs in their guts and mouths. By the size of them they're feeding well!

Fished again below Keller targeting Kokane. Blew my one opportunity of landing a beauty as I had tied a weak knot and broke one off as he did the surface dance. Despite marking a goose egg on kokes, I'll rate this day a 5. The weather was perfect, it was overcast with minimal breeze and the big trout were on the bite and I had a couple score by the the end of the day landing and releasing many nice native and hatchery fish. Brought home 3 big planters this week for smoking. The biggest had a belly full of small clams. Caught a lot of trout deep this week in 25 to 30 feet of water.
