We are right in the middle of our Columbia River Walleye Late Spring fishery. We will fish the Columbia until late June then transition for the rest of the year to Salmon. We start at Wanapum Dam on July 1 and follow the Summer Kings and Sockeye up the Columbia to Brewster by Mid July. Walleye fishing has been difficult this Spring with the high and cold water we are having. We are getting fish every trip, but working very hard for everyone to get some great fillets to take home. I am eager to get back to Salmon as this summer and fall looks to be tremendous fishing all the way through November!
