We braved the freezing fog and made the drive from Spokane Valley to Porcupine Bay, launched the Pandemonium and started trolling upstream about 10:00. The first fish hit before we even had all lines in the water, and the action continued all day. The trout were active in the top 20 feet, with pink Old Goats, Apexes, and Hoochies producing, as well as jointed orange Rapalas off a planer board. The fish averaged 17-20 inches and were all clipped. We released quit a few but could have easily limited the boat long before quitting time. There were multiple doubles, and one quadruple hookup - an outstanding day!
