1/5/2023 6:05:49 AMDABL, all the gear you mentioned is ideal, just keep it in the top 15 feet as the fish have been high in the profile. Also, as hewes eluded to; the trout nearer to the Columbia and downstream are healthier, bulkier and larger than those up toward Porcupine. Also, there is both good shore and boat fishing right around Fort Spokane from both above the bridge and downstream. as much as I enjoy going way down river, there are good numbers to be had within a short distance from the launches. 1/7/2023 5:30:09 AMNice haul Jedi, and correct, this time of year the 'bows are typically in the top 15'. Any trolling fly in orange, yellow/orange, black/orange, black/red, or my perennial favorite "perch pattern" will do well. My go to flies all come from Kekeda Tackle Company and you can find them on Etsy.
