Went over to rufus wood lake early wednesday morning,left the boat launch at Bridgeport,the army corps of engineers at chief joseph dam. Took the first left after bridge. Went over to meet my brother that had been fishing there all week. Took close to an hour to get there. At the second set of fish pens anchored in about 50 feet of water. There was one other boat there. They caught their limit and left. They used down riggers to get there bait downs as the current was really running. Without a down- rigger you couldn't keep your bait down.We lost both the fish we had on one about 5lbs. and one about 15lbs. Early in the week Bob caught several fish- the big one was 12lbs.4ozs. Had a great time,beautiful spot. Will be going back in july will have downriggers along. We used 4oz pyramid sinkers, to get to the bottom,and power bait and worms. Good luck
