Had to go to Eastern WA last weekend and was able to fish my old stomping grounds for a couple hours. Stopped by Corral since I heard they had some fish in there. Hiked around the backside of the lake to avoid everybody and fished the narrow part of the hour glass. I was going to put on my old favorite, a small Schoffs triple teaser, but it looked a little weathered so I tried a brand new small Dick night. I found that lure had no action so I put on the old triple teaser. These lures really wiggle. Applied some shrimp smelly jelly. In 45 minutes I caught one 13 inched, lost one and had one other bite. The boats were coming out in force now and zipping down the lake in front of me. There should be a no gas engine rule on this lake. I decided to give it up and released the one fish from the gunny sack. Lot's of plunkers on the other side of the lake and only one guy caught one while I was there. Love them triple teasers.
