Big Twin:

My friend Todd States and I arrived at the lake around 10:30 pm. It was a beautiful evening, the moon was full, the sky was clear. The owner of the Mazama Fly Shop advised us that we would have great success if we fished a wooly bugger or leach under the moonlight. I was fishing in my float tube for approx. 10 min. when I hooked my first fish on a bead headed wooly bugger. Took me 5 min. to land the 17 inch rainbow. Wow, what a beautiful fish, what a rush. We fished for about 2 hours and caught 7 fish between the 2 of us. All the fish were between 15-17 inches. We both had fish that snapped our leaders, they had to have been over 3 lbs by the way they hit and for the fact that they snapped out 3lb leader. Gotta go back soon!!!!!
