Yeah this one time i went fish lake with my buddy josh and i asked the nice woman in the store what the perch were biting on and she said that i wouldnt catch any. I rented a boat and when i was putting my life jacket on i saw my P.E. teacher Marcus Everhart. Anyways when i got out on the water we decided that the nice lady was wrong and that we would catch some perch. I threw on a little brown and chartreuse jig and dropped it down to the bottom. Within about 30 seconds i had a little nibble, so i just reefed on the fish and i was surprised. When i first caught a glimpse of it i thought it was a little bass, but come to find out it was a big ol' perch. I took it back to the dock and measured it, it was 12 inches long and some lady tried tellin me that it was a smallmouth bass. I said oh really but i knew what it was, she was just bigger than me so i didnt argue. We didnt get any trout that day but, we have caught some pretty nice ones there in the past. Fish lake is definitely a good spot to fish if you know what to use. But listen people its like 9:00 PM!!!!! I gotta go to bed. Peace out, ttyl
