Went back out on Sunday......Meet my buddy at RB Launch, what a total ZOO! Was at the launch at 4 am, did not see the water till 5 am. Parked about 1 mile away also.

Heard that a friend limited out West of Coulon Park on Black hooks on Sat., we headed down the South West shore line looking for a place to start.

Had one fish on with in 20 minutes only to have it pop off quickly.
We started to head into the wind (south) and picked up trolling slowly along side of two other boats. The boat on the far outside to our left had a fish on right off the bat. Then another, then another, THEN a TRIPLE. All within 15 minutes. We were marking fish everywhere and they were surfacing the same way. The boat along side us now had one on. Then the other boat that had the triple has another, then another, and another. I was going NUTS! I think they had three, maybe four rods out, but what made me really excited was that they were catching all these fish with no downriggers. Since we had no downriggers, I was ready. After my Eagle eyes picked up the amount of strips that this hot boat was letting out, I quickly reeled in, and did the same. With in minutes I had a super fighting hen in the boat.
About 15 minutes later, my partner hooked on, then right as I netting his fish, my line was slack as a another nice hen was on the line and then into the boat.

The on fire boat caught at least 10 fish in 45 minutes trolling 60 feet away from us. The skipper did a great job of controlling the boat, catching fish, and netting others, as they had some very novice on the boat with them.....My hat comes off to them. Excellent job.

Once the hot boat stopped to turn around so did we, but it was down wind, and the boat I was in ran a much better trolling speed into the wind then down, so we picked up and kicked down to the starting spot and trolled right back up the same path we were on with all the action to it. Since I had my two fish in the boat, I let my buddies line out for him to that "magic" spot, and bam.....We had limited and were out of the launch by 7:15 am, early enough to head back home and catch a nap before heading to the M's game. What a day! All this took place from 6 am to 6:45 am.

3 were caught off of Black hooks, and one on Red. 4 of the 6 fish caught over the weekend were with 6 oz of lead too.

My next goal is catch one of these guys off my jet ski. Fish On.
