I stayed a week over the long holiday weekend at Blue Lake and was not disappointed. I (we), my brother and I, trolled a Frog Flatfish and the trout hit it with reckless abandon. When my brother and I cast and retrieved luers from my dad's pier we caught so many fish we lost count and they were large too. Every thing that we threw in the water seem to work. Especially Kastmasters or any thing with green and yellow
(frog pattern) on it. Even my 5 year old nephew Kyle caught a 18 inch Bow soaking Power Bait under a bobber with a Snoopy rod and reel. He was so excited he did not know what to do with himself.
A good time was had by all.

P.S. Watch out for the wind! It can come up at any time. The wind
broke my boat loose from my dad's dock and caused considerable damage
to it. Does any one know a good boat painter??
