(Every day for 3 months!)

Unfortunatly the water is very high here at Lake Cassidy and has been for about 5 months. We at one point had to wade through knee deep water to even get to the dock ! I am lucky to live near such a pretty lake as I do live here at the resort. The fishing has been very very slow, too much food is available to the fish right now. The past couple of days though the catfish have been biting early in the morning and seem pretty good size and REAL strong fighters :)the largest caught so far was around 5lbs and the smallest around 2.5 lbs. there has been a few bass caught on the south side of the lake and a lot of perch all over the lake . Very few people ,either from boat or the dock have reported very few trout biting and some crappie. I have heard of 3 large bass this year , one from the dock wighing 6 lbs, two from boats one at 8 lbs one at 4 .. Hopefully the lake will go down soon so the fishing will get better , but with the rain lately its going up again so we can only hope :) I too have also fish
