Went to lake and fished off of boat ramp bank, Used two different set ups, Five foot leader with three med. sized slip weights very small red hook two yellow power bait eggs or worm marshmellow all getting one squirt of fish attractent. (secret ingredient).
Wife myself and three sons caught many more fish then other fishermen on same bank. Total of 7 fish caught 3 12 inch rainbow trout one verrry fat. The other four around 10 inches all fish caught were very feisty. Not bad for the short period of time we were there. Didnt see many come in with large fish from the boat launch. Moderate amount of boats on the lake, with light traffic at boat launch. I definately wouldnt consider the bank fishing to be crowded, can definately fish without tangling other anglers.
P.S. wish I owned a Bayliner.
