The BBs of BL DID learn something from last week--- You Bet that wives like to fish! I asked my wife again to go fishing with us and she said YES. She fit-in just like a trooper and helped launch the Doghouse into the still waters at 6:30 am. Soon, the poles were doing their familiar wiggling, and Dee (my wife) caught the first fish, the biggest fish, and had the biggest smile of all of us while she watched the BBs of BL finish OUR limiting-out. Water temperature was between 55 and 58 degrees, which seemed to be the bomb for the silvers (except for the biggie trout my wife caught.) Fish seem to congregate around structure, especially structure affiliated with underwater springs (terrain features give away their locations) We have not gotten beyond the midpoint of the lake before we have limited-out, which means there be LOTS of fish still here in Fishtrap Lake.
