I was camping at the Sprague Lake Resort on the East end of the lake from 6/09/06-6/11/06.
The weather was partly cloudy and windy all weekend. Saturday (weather change, lighting storm came through) being the worse.
The first day I went out (6/09/06) I fished around the corner from the boat launch and managed to catch 3 smallies about 1 lb. each and one 3 lb. in a matter of a couple hours. The rest of the weekend the weather changed and shut the bass down.
But I did wittness a couple that went out on Sat (6/10/06) for about 2 hours, only about 80 yards straight out from the Sprague lake Resort boat launch, that caught about 10 trout ranging from 18" to 30". They were huge! They looked like Salmon.
I was also told that if you can't find Walleye in the normal areas to go into the shallows and you will find them (Sorry, don't know what lure's).
