Fished Roses for the third year in a row while on a camping trip at Lake Chelan and had success again. I arrived and still fished for about an hour and caught two nice 15" plump rainbows. The fish were biting real lightly, so setting the hook was a challenge. Once they were hooked they felt small as they didn't put up a fight at all until about five to ten feet from the surface and once they saw daylight they ran, peelinf off quite a bit of line. Pretty good fight! Switched to bass for an hour or so without luck, just hooked a 10" crappie. Finished the day with one more rainbow and left at about 10am before it got too hot. All in all a great day on the lake and all fish were released to be hooked again. Good luck and keep the lakes and docks clean!!!
