I went fishing with my friend and son two days in a row.
The first day we went at around 5:30 p.m. and sat at the south end of the park and fished from the dock.
As the sun set the fish started to nibble but that was it.
The next day we went at 7:30 a.m. and things were good but no hard bites at all, we got alot of nibbles again but nothing great, we used spinners, worms, roostertails and other jig set ups and nothing.
We met another fisherman there also and he said he had caught a 16 inch trout the day before at 6:00 a.m.
The second day we fished the north end where the sandy part of the lake grew deep and got alot of nibbles.
Nothing to spectacular to report but we had fun. One guy did catch a little 6" large mouth bass and threw it back in. That was about all the excitement for those two days:)
Will try Sawyer tomorrow:)
