RE:Rufus Woods to Pens

wolverine wrote: You won't have any problems launching/retrieving a 12' boat from the rough gravel launch between the pens. Its shallow for quite a ways out and anything over 16' or with a bunk style trailer will have difficulty.
Also, just to clarify, this launch is between the upper two?

RE:Pinks

Bush Point on Whidbey Island is great when you catch the pinks first being funneled into the sound. Beach hop and you can follow them all the way down!

Lake Goodwin

Any thoughts on Lake Goodwin? Where are some good areas for large and small mouths? Is the trout fishing worthwhile?
Thanks

Book about all Washington Lakes

I was recently at the Sportmens Show and saw a book that was collection of all the lakes in Washington. I cannot remember the name of it now but am trying to find it. I want a book similiar to Terry Rudnick's "Washington Fishing" but newer and more up to date. Anyone know?? THANKS!

Try up around the railroad tracks for the muskie, and for bass along the banks on the east side where the rocks extend into the water
