Re: Lake Chelan Get-Together 2016!

I'll be there! 1+My wife, our son and his 4 year old son. We'll bring some deserts and some sides, but it's going to be a last minute thing. Too much going on right now!

"S" turns coming up...

Re: Hanford Fall Chinook

Nice Mike! Thanks for the vid. Glad you didn't get your arms ripped off!! As you motor up from the launch, right at the power lines over the river, a young man lost his life trying to rescue some young boys earlier this summer. Sad deal. It is an awesome section of the river, though.

Re: Goodbye Center Consul!

I agree with you Blurock. I have a 1987 18' Smokercraft c.c. I'm going to lower the height of console and move it forward and to starboard. Why waste all that space one can be using. I thought long and hard about a tiller but nixed the idea. There is no room up front for batteries due to the gas tan...

Re: Placement of downriggers

I agree with Racer. If you have them set up at position #1 and your fowling your prop the rigs are set too shallow. Simple, one would think. Position #1 is for ease of grabbing the pole and setting the hook of course. I run Scotty 1050"s on both sides of my Lund 1625 Rebel and haven't had any proble...

Mike, Very good video!!! If you hadn't set up WL then stuff like this may or may not be produced elsewhere. You've provided an outlet here for some quality videos!!! Great job!!!!

Re: Anyone know this SmokerCraft model?

Good job as well SmokerCraft77. And I don't know the model. What would be cool is to have a Smokercraft get together. Some fishing, eats, drinks. Just general fun. They are cool all around boats. I've got a 1987 18' with a 1985 155 hp Evinrude/pump. And it sounds like Lt. Oneshot should get a ride s...

Good looking boat! That paint job on the exterior of the hull looks outstanding. Could you go into some detail about how you completed that task??

No. Not a power lock. Look up Scotty 1026 swivel mount in a google search. You'll see the difference there.

Looking for used Scotty 1026 Swivel Mount(s)

Does anyone here in WA Lakes have a couple extra Scotty 1026 swivel mounts for sale? Maybe under your bed collecting dust? Or maybe in that donation box out in the garage? Just checking this avenue... Thanks

It is a cool boat. Looks more like an oversized bass boat than a yacht.

Re: Out of control boat on the Kenai! Amazing vid!

I hope that guy isn't a WA Lakes.com member. He is mui macho, eh? NOT! What a crock, so now there are jet sled wranglers out there. Sheesh. Shoot the motor and be done with it. Just kidding. I vote for the 30 gallon tank of gas to run out as long as no one gets in the way.
