RE:Best dropshot rod/reel combo

Dobyns makes killer rods no doubt and I've caught a ton of fish on the DX702 dropshot rod this year. By comparison thought the DSR822 NRX is head and shoulders above anything else out there. Paired with a Abu Garcia REVO premier 20 spinning reel and 5 or 6lb sunline and you've got a top of the line ...

RE:7-inch Senko?

Three Rivers Marine in Woodinville has them. You can call those guys and they will get them out to you next day. Call 425.415.1575 and ask for Kent or Brandon. I typically run a 6/0 owner wide gap plus or even a 6/0 gamakatsu EWG monster, biggest thing is making sure you have enough gap to account f...

RE:G loomis NRX

I've got a few of the NRX rods and they are the best rods on the market now IMO. One piece of advice I will give you on that rod is to go one step heavier than you have in the GLX or Mossyback. If you are looking for a good worm/heavy football head rod I would suggest the 854.

Three Fish limit??? Is that to reduce mortality Brian, or whats the figuring behind that? Either way, I'll be there to defend my second place crown.... Jordon, you are always to be reckoned with in any tournament on the Westside...... I wish that was the case.... Certainly alot of other guys that w...

RE:? For The Bass Gurus?

Hey guys I guess i brought the new year in with the best luck. We went to sammamish and got two nice fish in the 3lb range and lost one at the boat that looked to be about the same. Fish in samm are 50' range as expected.

Dez 35' man... thats my winter stuff like i said.

RE:? For The Bass Gurus?

Dez, Thats cool man. Just wondering, it goes to show how two different patterns can produce fish in different depths. A month ago I was fishin in less than 30' range so theres a prime example. I agree that the structure has a big roll on how deep these fish are, as does the primary forage they are k...

RE:? For The Bass Gurus?

Dez, I've never caught fish consistently out in the 50-60' range on wawa. It seems like they stay a little shallower there than samm. My guess would be 35-40' is as deep as I'll go in the winter. Thats just from my experience. Have you had better success out there deeper? Now Samm is a whole differe...

Looks like somebody came up with a creative way to sub out a nail weight. I'm sure it will work, but I'm going to go ahead and put the "gay" stamp on that one.

That weedless huddy does look sick! I'm excited to give those a run. Robber, that bluegill looks sick, I can't wait to see it swim. I'll probably roll with the TT bluegill until you prve me wrong.

BF There'll be some deals to be had on baitcasters. I know we have some closeout stuff such as the discontinued shimano low profile reels. I'm not sure what we have exactly, but we'll make sure you get taken care of. Travis, The sale will be all day long.We open the doors at 9, so get there early to...
