Just wondering if anybody has recommendations on a brand that are actually waterproof. I mainly just use them for trout fishing i...

Re: Where's good bass fishing?
Best bassin is east of the mts. Lake wa? for shore fishing I would give log boom park dock in kenmore a whirl. always had great luck catching largies there. Some other great lakes here are flowing lake in snohomish and roesiger.

Re: the wind this spring in Eastern Washington
My folks own a place on blue in the coulee. The wind is always a factor. Sometimes it will be dead calm and you will hear a loud rumble through the cliffs of the coulee and all of a sudden it will hit like a 12 gauge. Weirdest thing. I been spending summers there since i was little so I don't mind it.

Re: deep lake (grant county) makinaw
I grew up in that area and have family that own land in the [biggrin] area. I have never seen anything of real size come out of that lake ever. The wdfw plants then kills it off before it has a chance to get decent size fish in there. I have never seen makinaw in there. But who knows. You want monst...
