RE:LONG LAKE BOAT RAMPS
Yeah, that current can get exciting for the uninitiated! Keep in mind that the launch that Mossy mentioned on the other end of the lake is currently closed. This launch is at the DNR campground and they currently do not have a host to open and maintain the area. This is really too bad because it's b...

RE:Liberty Lake or Newmann Lake
I know I'm late to the party but I've just got to put my two cents in. At Liberty, I can catch bass. Check out some of the reports. At Newman, that lake is dead to me... My fish per trip average at that lake is somewhere around 0.1. What is it about that lake that I just can't catch fish there!? Nee...

RE:Any bassers using electric steer bow mounts?
Great tips Clam Man! Thank you. I read in the catalog last night that the unit has an auto disconnect of the power when stowed. I guess it's not a complete shutoff! I am super excited, I know I'm going to have to adjust some of my tricks when I get around docks, banks, and cover. I would whirl aroun...

RE:Any bassers using electric steer bow mounts?
Thanks for all of your input guys. It was a tough decision. Initially, I was going to upgrade to 24V but that incurred too much other cost so today I ordered a Minn Kota Terrova, 55Lb autopilot us2. I should be fun, lot's of bells and whistles to get used to! I'll let everyone know what I think once...

Any bassers using electric steer bow mounts?
I'm looking at upgrading my MotorGuide. It's a pro series 46Lb bow unit with cable steer. I'm currently looking at either a new MK Maxxum or a PowerDrive V2 with the autopilot and US2. My question is whether or not the electric steer would be a mistake. My boat is a Fisher ProHawk180, aluminum 18' s...

RE:Small Bass and Big Bass Differences
Hey Bassmaster, In regards to weather or not Big bass eat small bass. Absolutely! Which is why if you have a bunch of small bass and pumpkinseeds casually hanging around your bait, they aren't to concerned with being eaten just then. If you see lots of little guys you need to change your location. B...
