what are the regs on shrimping in the sound? like around les davis or dash point? i remember seeing some people catching some at les davis years ago and it seemed kinda interesting. is it legal lol?

fishing piers near tacoma?
where are some good fishing piers near tacoma? lets say around 50 miles or less. besides les davis, pt defiance and dash point? mainly targetting perch, or flounder and salmon etc. thanks for any imput!

the new curados are great, its a little tricky at first with the new breaking system and all, but after you wipe out the factory grease and give it a proper oiling, its a real jig bomber. i havent had any issues since i got it the week they came out and i dont expect any. it handles 1/4oz jigs like ...

hey guys, i got a lamiglas x11 rod thats 9'6 rated at 8-12lb, 1/4oz-3/4oz, its a nice rod, but i may have made a mistake in getting the 9'6 version, would anyone like to trade for the 9' model? 9'6 just isnt my thing with throwing little jigs, i like a shorter rod for that, its only been used so far...

honestly i wouldnt bother wasting money on a sabiki rod, yes they are conveniant to store the sabiki rigs in between uses but they generally are not very good rods themselves. theyre usually a bit stiff and not very sensitive. id personally just use a 7ft or 7'6 med action rod, and to store the sabi...

i think its a combination of the math formula mentioned in the comment above, along with varying diameters for different types of line from different manufacturers, plus line is never completely the same diameter every inch, so if the line is just a little off it compounds with each and every single...

what makes those pen-tacs worth so much? they basically look like a little cleo with a duller finish, maybe a little thicker and not tapered down like a little cleo.

i have never owned an ugly stik lol or anything like that... most of my rods are pretty high end or in the middle price range lol.. its just that this is the first one to have this problem haha
