That lake is pretty quiet in the winter in my experience. Shallow and Cold.
I would go Surf Perch fishing if you really want to get into fish. Limit is 15 and they bite consistantly year round!
Use chunks of your Razor Clam necks and a 3 oz pyramid weight.

I understand your question. Not ALL lakes in the regs are listed with that lakes "Motor Rule" Here is an E-Mail address that can give you specifics. I think you mean Coho fry, not Kokanee fry. Riffe Lake has never received a Kokanee Plant.
That is a huge Silver. Our biggest ever in 20 years was 19 inches. Great job!

We hit it on the Opener and it was CRAZY for people as usual. Fishing was not like it usually is for the opener. We managed one 4 pounder and a few smaller stockers (all released). Just not worth it for the crowds. It took an hour and a half to get the boat out. Single lane boat launch. I would wait...
