Yes that is a trout that I caught on my fly rod. Three pounds it weighed in at. Put on one hell of a fight too.

No actually, I spend all my time on the freshwater. I have only made it on salt a couple of times. With no luck either I might add.

Just an introduction
How's everyone doing? Just introducing myself as a new member here. Hoping to join up and actually talk about some fishing related stuff without the badmouthing and elementary arguing that is always going on at other boards. Already I have found some good stuff here.
So... HI!

RE:Cutthroat Autopsy
Awesome post. Brings some interesting things to light to say the least. I definitely think I will be changin how I fish. I have recently discovered Pink Worms and used them all last winter. Guess I will think twice about which ones I use.

Found some of the big boys with the blades on them. These things look just like bass lures only fancier.

Yeah those are them. Yeah, he went there a couple months ago. I haven't seen too many pics of all the fish he's catching. He has alot more of the pics of flys too. He has been cutting the tails off of the grubs and incorpotating them into the fly. You should see some of the other ones with the blade...

RE:Flyfishing for tmuskies
I have not fished for them myslef but I just had a buddy move to Michigan. He tied up a ton of these things that were similar to what the top pictured fly is. Except he took huge Grub tails and tied those on. These things are like 9 inches long. I will get a picture of them if I can.
