Right. Saw that. I had heard that the nisqually turns out a spring run of chinook, so was doing a bit of fact checking. Does this river have a run of spring chinook? Thanks!

In tac-town, hit up fife sportco- they have tons of gear, including what you are looking for. They are kind of a wharehouse feel, so don't expect customer service at your feet, but they stock all the goods. Just try to get out of there without a full cart- tehe. Thanks guys, especially you Nate. I'm going to check out those Websites. What kind of Jig works well on the Green. I will probably fish up around the flaming geyser area. Somebody told me pink worms work pretty well but I think he was fishing the Sky. Sandshrimp? Roe? Argh, guess I just need to get...

I am actually doin the same thing you are, just started river fishing this year, and actually on the Green as well. I have been rockin the jig under a float with a little scent on the jig when its got a place to put it. I have had a few takedowns and one hookup on that set-up, but haven't landed one...

It is free for the first on, and then $12 for a replacement in case you got one and lost it, and they keep track of whether you got one when you purchased your license or after.
