Post BIG BASS (5+ pound smallies, 6+ pound largies) pictures HERE, but remember to send in a report as well so it becomes part of your online fishing log and is available for all time. :cheers:

FISH MUST BE WEIGHED ON A SCALE, OR AT LEAST CLEARLY A TROPHY.

I guess I get to post the first trophy fish for 2009. :cheers:

We didn't get an official weight or measurement, but BigBassDez and Mark M both estimated this hog at over 5 lbs. Caught off the south end of Mercer Island, dropshotting, 46 ft deep at 8am. Water temp 46 degrees. Report is posted with hotspot marked (general location only).

By the way, excellent video on Winter Smallmouth Fishing. You are a natural host. Big kudos to Mike and Dez as well. I found the video to be very informative and extremely entertaining.
