Eggs
How long do eggs last in the fridge that are waiting to be cured? Caught some fish on Tuesday but haven't had time to cure them. Are they still good. I put them in a ziplock bag in the fridge, are they still good to cure? I got the fish on Tuesday Oct 11th.

exactly, feed some to your neighbors (ones that you dont like very much) then if no ambulance comes within 4 hours, i say they are still fresh
Re: Eggs
if cured right they will last months in the fridge. i have used 1 year old eggs out of my fridge and i caught fish.

Ehh, cure 'em up and use them when until you catch another fresher hen. I cure my eggs as soon as I get home, after that they last forever. I vacuum seal and freeze when I have a surplus, but I usually use 'em up before that.
