It should be everywhere. I agree that it should be required viewing to get a punch card.

Very good video. A must see for anybody that is in a catch & release situation.

I always wonder about the photos I see of fish out of the water about to be released. Even if you do not agree with the regulation its not a great idea to take a photo of yourself doing an violation AND post it on the internet.
