I would suggest a two/three step system to remove everything you want out of the water. I would use a UV system to kill the germs and maybe a two filter setup with a carbon cartridge for taste and odor and a pleated filter for solids. The UV filter would be sized on max gallons per minute and I would use 20" long filters so the cartridges have a longer life. Not a cheap system but will do what you want. Should be able to locate at a big box store or plumbing supply house.
