tired of not catching anything, where else can i go?

Post by johnson2k6 » Wed Aug 27, 2008 2:25 pm

ive tried american lake, sequalitchew, lewis lake, chambers lake, and waughop lake, the biggest thing i caught thus far was about a 7in perch, ive rented a boat on american lake 2 x's and tried to troll and couldnt catch anything, ive heard fishing is really slow this year along with a million other excuses, is there any spots that you recommend? within pierce county preferably, just moved here from tx and not real familiar with other areas yet, if someone could take me with them and they could show me how to do good fishing in washington that would be great, id pitch in for gas and what not, i love fishing but ive never not been this bad while fishing, please someone help... im feening for a big fish hahah

i would like to catch some lmbass. but i really wanna go for a salmon or trout...

Johnson, lake fishing has been pretty slow. Long Lake in Lacey, Steilicolm Lake in lakewood have been fairly ok when targeting LMBass. This time of year the majority of people are targeting the rivers and out in the Puget for salmon.
