I've been fishing for Rainbow Trout and haven't caught anything. I fishing this morning from 5-7 A.M., and last night from 7-9. I have been using worms and Powerbait. What should I do?

We went fishing down there a lot during the winter. It was red hot. We fished off the dock at the trailer park. Usually sometime between 8~1PM.
No problems with PB then.
