I just broke down and bought one due to peer pressure from a friend

Which fish/seafood recipes are you making and have you perfected for anyone that has one/uses it? Thanks is advance.

I broke down and bought one also. I made buffalo wings with mine. They came out great but the cleanup of the machine inners was not worth making them again. There are too many parts to have to clean.
