Squid fishing at night, where? Kitsap county

I am looking to go catch some squid tonight but every pier I have looked at closes at 10pm. Where in kitsap county can I go?

It's way to early for them that south but yes the ferry dock is really popular later in the year ... Nov - jan time

I am hoping to try squidding later this year.
Is there any place in Mason county to go?
I saw a large school of squid in Hood canal last week while crabbing.
I was about to try there until I saw that its closed. [cursing]
