Anyone in the Kitsap County area tune bows?

I recieved a Compound in trade for a little dirtbike. I do not know much about them but want to learn how to hunt with them or become the next robin hood, whichever comes first. I do know however, the draw is to heavy...I cant even pull it back. I have watched tutorials on youtube on how to lower the draw but i do not feel comfortable doing such things that could cause a potential malfunction. Anyone in the KC area that could lower this thing for me out of the kindness of their hearts would be much appreciated.
