Anyone go rabbit hunting, I used to yeats ago bit with ferrets, nets and dogs. But that was a long time ago and in a different country. So I'm looking for some advice and maybe a partner to get out and hunt some rabbits.

Most rabbit hunting I have done around here is logging roads early in the morning or late evening is when I find them out the most. Road 70 off hwy 410 has some running around. I am always looking for something else when I see them so just drive around and find some roads with gates and go walking behind them. Good luck and be safe. Make sure you have all your licenses and a Pass for some areas that are required.

Happy Hunting.

can't help you with that, but as a side bar.......many years age ,1954, while going to school in Montana, we would hunt at nights in the winter time,it was cold lots of time below zero, my old ford pickup, 2 guys setting on the front fenders with 22's in 3 or 4 hours we could get around 50 big jacks, than on Monday we would take them to Glasgow Mt to the dog food factory, we would get $.35 for unskinned and $.50 for pelted. Doesn't seem like much but back than it was good, and gas was only $.25 a gal and a brick of 22's was $5.00 for 500 rnds.....long long time ago
